- Clogs from paper products, plastic, dropped objects, or waste
- Shifted soil

Most of the time, your sewer line will indicate that it needs repair. Watch out for the following signs of sewer issues:
- Foul odors from plumbing fixtures
- Bubbling or gurgling sounds from drains
- Wastewater or raw sewage backup into drains or your yard
- Slow drains
- Standing water in drains
- Unusually vibrant grass or vigorous lawn growth in the path of the sewer line
What to Expect from Trenchless Sewer Repair
One top process we recommend is cured-in-place pipe lining. This involves deploying a pulling head into the sewer line. We attach a durable pipe liner to the puller. Once we inspect the liner to verify its position, we apply heat or UV light to cure the resin impregnated into the liner. The curing process takes a few minutes for UV light or up to two hours for heat. Once the resin cures, we restore wastewater service to the sewer line.
During the CIPP lining process, you can expect:
- A pause on use of your plumbing system
- Soft humming sound from our equipment
- Regular updates about our progress
